1.      # Hashtag: Hashtags turn topics and phrases into clickable links in posts on your profile or Page. When people click a hashtag or search for a hashtag, they'll see a result that contain the hashtag so they can learn more about topics that interest them.

But in WhatsApp there is no cover picture when you visit profile of the user you can't find any other picture than the profile one. So, that's why WhatsApp's picture is called PROFILE PICTURE
